Menu Plan Week 26
I got a new cookbook! It's "Cooking Light Fresh Food Fast". There are incredible recipes in here. Most of this week's meals comes from this book. I'll be making these along with you, so pictures coming soon!
Day 1: Chicken Cordon Bleu Soup by Double Dipped Life. Serve with fresh rolls.
Day 2: Spicy Baja Beef Tortilla Wraps
Day 3: Curried Chicken-Rice Salad
Day 4: Roasted Vegetable Pizza
Day 5: Black Bean and Corn-topped Potatoes. Serve with a Creamy Chipotle Wedge Salad.
Day 6: Asiago Tortellini with Black Pepper-Garlic Flatbread (You won't believe how easy this is)
Dessert: Broiled Pineapple with Vanilla ice cream.
