Day 4: Meatloaf Muffins with potatoes and salad
Day 5: Trinidadian Chicken Curry from Pioneer Woman
Day 6: Chicken Soulvaki pitas with Tzatziki Sauce from Sandra Lee at Food Network
Dessert: Lime and Coconut Crumble bars



Week Thirteen

Day 1: Chicken Satay with Jasmine Coconut Rice and Steamed Broccoli
Day 2: Pork loin with Chimichurri Sauce on the BBQ. Grilled Potatoes and veggies
Day 3: Lime and Chili rubbed Chicken breast. Warm Lime butter tortillas and Pineapple Paradise for dessert. (All new meal from Betty Crocker Quick and Easy Cookbook)
Day 4: Homemade Pizza
Day 5: Baked Breakfast Taquitos. Freezing leftovers for quick breakfasts. (New meal)
Day 6: Chicken and Bacon Pastry Pockets (New Meal)


Week Fourteen

Day 1: Smokey Black Bean Soup with salad and/or crusty bread
Day 2: Skillet Pork chops with carrots and potatoes. Serve with bread or salad.
Day 3: Grandaddy's Tostado's. You will love the sauce on these! Serve with Black Beans and Rice.
Day 4: Monterrey Skillet Hamburgers with fries. (A 30-min. meal!) ** See note below!!
Day 5: Beef Tenderloin with a Mushroom and Garlic Butter sauce. Serve with Romaine Parmesan Salad. This is a fancy meal for a fancy  night- but takes only 30 minutes to make!
Day 6: Waffle Fruit Bar with sausage or bacon.
Dessert: S'mores Stuffed Brownies ** See note below!
 
Week Fifteen  **less meat! 

Day 1: Linguine in Lemon Cream Sauce with Summer Veggies Skillet and Crusty Bread.
Day 2: Corn Chowder with Bread and/or Salad
Day 3: Coconut Peanut Sauce Beef with Rice (Fancy it up with Cilantro and Pineapple) and Steamed Broccoli.
Day 4: Crispy Baked Breakfast Taquitos with Lime-Chipotle Dip.
Day 5: Savory Spiral Crescent Rolls with salad
Day 6: Hawaiian Tacos with Fancy Black Beans
Dessert: Nanaimo Bars

Week Sixteen

Day 1: Oven Baked Chimichangas with Mexican Black Bean Dip
Day 2: Spinach and Feta Pasta with Crusty Bread and a Salad
Day 3: Slow Cooker Chicken Mole with Tortillas and Refried Beans
Day 4: Teriyaki Burgers with your favorite burger sides. (chips, fries, fruit, etc)
Day 5: Baked Potato Bar
Day 6: Tomato Basil Soup with Parmesan Crostini ( Harvest Restaurant. Thanksgiving Point)
Dessert:  Lime and Coconut Crumble Bars

Week Seventeen
Day 1: Taco Soup served with tortilla chips, sour cream, and cheese.
Day 2: Chicken Salad Sandwiches served as a sandwich or salad. Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Chips.
Day 3: Pesto Alfredo Pasta with Roasted veggies. Bread and/or Salad.
Day 4: Maple Pecan Chicken with Seasoned Garlic Mashed Potatoes, and Parmesan Zucchini Strips.
Day 5: Hawaiian Haystacks
Day 6: Baked French Toast from Pioneer Women, served with your favorite eggs and breakfast meats.

Dessert for the week: Harvest Apple Crisp.


Week Eighteen

Day 1: Lasagna with Salad and French Bread
Day 2: Reuban Sandwiches with fruit or chips.
Day 3: Cheesy Chicken Parmesan with Noodles and Salad with Old Spaghetti Factory Creamy Pesto Dressing!
Day 4: Grandma's Chili with crusty bread
Day 5: Chipotle Bean Burritos
Day 6: Pasta with Butternut Parmesan Sauce

Dessert: Coconut Tres Leche Cake 
(The actual recipe is changed by me! I made this for a party and it was LOVED!)

Week Nineteen

Day 1Slow Cooker Chili with Crusty Bread
Day 2: FANCY MEAL: Beef Roast with Parmigiano and Cream with Rosemary Foccacia Bread and Strawberry -Lime Shortcakes with Coconut Cream for dessert.
Day 3: Pumpkin Pie French Toast with bacon and eggs (or your favorite sides!)  **This was good, but not fantastic. I'll give it 3 stars out of 5! Recommend adding extra Pumpkin Pie spice.
Day 4: Pasta with Butternut Parmesan Sauce and 1-hour rolls with a green salad.
Day 5: Pork Chalupas served Mexican style in a burrito or as a salad. This was good, but the beans didn't cook all the way, and it was too salty! I've adjusted the recipe for less salt!
Day 6Ritz Cracker Chicken with Steamed broccoli

Dessert: Graham Cracker Snickerdoodles


Week Twenty

 Day 1: Teriyaki Steak with Seasoned Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Salad
Day 2: Monterrey Chicken with a salad or veggies
Day 3: Fettuccine Alfredo w/ or w/out Chicken, crusty bread, and veggies
Day 4: Cilantro Lime Chicken Burritos with Cilantro Lime dressing
Day 5: Chicken, Black Bean, Spinach Enchiladas 
*I finally  made this dish! We thought it was good, and despite looking hard, it was pretty easy. However, it just didn't have enough flavor for us. If I do it again, I'll add tons more cilantro and jalapeno. Maybe add some peppers or spices in the enchiladas themselves. I made a little tomato and avocado salad to go on top and that made a big difference. (Chopped tomatoes and avocados, salt, pepper, and cilantro)
Day 6: Egg Burritos

Dessert: Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars with Streusal Topping


Week Twenty One

Day 1: Fry Bread Tostados. Fry up some fry bread, and top with beans, salsa, cheese, lettuce, etc! Yum! This was  my favorite "fair" food growing up in AZ!
Day 2: Baked Potato Soup by Our Best Bites. I crave this soup! Serve with a Salad and Crusty Bread
Day 3: Pancakes with Fruit and your favorite breakfast sides: Bacon, eggs, etc.
Day 4: Maple-Pecan Chicken with Fast Baked Potatoes and a wonderful Fall Salad. (Or, serve with leftover Baked Potato Soup!)
Day 5: Spaghetti... with jarred spaghetti sauce... this is your lazy night! Serve with a salad with copycat Pesto dressing. **the dressing will have to be made the night before!
Day 6: Taco Soup. A 30-minute meal, or cook in the crockpot all day! Serve with tortilla chips, sour cream, and cheese!
Dessert: Copycat Chocolate Chip Paradise Pie with Vanilla Ice Cream (The ice cream is mandatory!)


Week Twenty Two

Day 1: Taco Soup eaten with Tortilla chips, sour cream, and cheese. (Stovetop or Slowcooker)
Day 2: Chicken Satay with Coconut Rice and Steamed Broccoli
Day 3: French Dip Sandwich with Sweet Potato Fries
Day 4: Thai Fried Rice with Beef (or go meatless)  Use leftover rice from Day 2!
Day 5: Penne Pasta with Sausage served with Garlic Bread
Day 6: Greek Chicken Salad on a pita
Dessert: Cheesecake Pillows

Week Twenty Three

Day 1: Healthier Spinach Turkey Meatloaf with Tomato Salad. Served with Garlic Crockpot Potatoes and a salad.
Day 2: Pineapple Teriyaki Crockpot Chicken on sandwich rolls or tortillas. **Note: The original recipe did not have Teriyaki sauce. My mom made this and was worried about the teriyaki AND the salsa together. She said it looked funny, but tasted really good! She served it in homemade tortillas.
Day 3: Indian Cilantro Beef with Coconut Rice and Nom Nom bread (Naan)
Day 4. Perfect Tomato Basil Soup with bread
Day 5: Pesto Pizza or Kids make-it-yourself pizza
Day 6: Southwestern Cobb Salad from Our Best Bites. I will be deconstructing this for my kids!
Dessert: Vanilla Bean Scones from SugarCrafter
Special item: Horchata (A special treat for my husband! He liked it, so I thought you might as well.)



Week Twenty Four

Day 1: Fancy Meal: Roast Beef with Basil, Oregano, and Garlic. Served with 30 minute Baked Potatoes and a Salad.
Day 2: Leftover meal! Use the leftover beef to make Baked Creamy Beef Taquitos, served with Black Beans and salad.
Day 3: Ham and Bean Soup in the crockpot. You must make this amazing Cornbread to go with it!
Day 4: Margarita Chicken (no alcohol!) with Balsamic Black Bean Salsa, and Cilantro Lime Rice with Pineapple.
Day 5: Chicken Salad Sandwiches. The chicken can be cooked at dinner time, or put it in the crockpot for an easy meal!
Day 6: Spinach Salad with Fruit and Cheese Tortellini 

Dessert: Grandma's Famous Carrot Cake 



Week Twenty Five

Day 1: Lasagna, french bread with garlic seasoning, and a green salad.
Day 2: Chicken noodle soup!
Day 3: Beef Curry in Sweet Peanut Sauce, served over rice. Make extra for your dessert!
Day 4: Chicken and Rice with your favorite veggies
Day 5: Spinach Feta Pasta with Rosemary Foccacia Bread
Day 6: Enchilada Style Burrito with Black Beans and... rice!
Day 7: Leftovers!

Dessert: Tropical Rice Pudding

Week Twenty Six

Day 1: Chicken Cordon Bleu Soup by Double Dipped Life. Serve with fresh rolls.
Day 2: Spicy Baja Beef Tortilla Wraps
Day 3: Curried Chicken-Rice Salad
Day 4: Roasted Vegetable Pizza
Day 5: Black Bean and Corn-topped Potatoes. Serve with a Creamy Chipotle Wedge Salad.
Day 6: Asiago Tortellini with Black Pepper-Garlic Flatbread (You won't believe how easy this is)
Dessert: Broiled Pineapple with Vanilla ice cream.



Week Twenty Seven 


Day 1: Taco Soup eaten with Tortilla chips, sour cream, and cheese. (Stovetop or Slowcooker)
Day 2: Chicken Satay with Coconut Rice and Steamed Broccoli
Day 3: French Dip Sandwich with Sweet Potato Fries

Day 2: Sweet Pork Tacos with Cilantro Lime Slaw.  Slowcooker meal!
Day 3: Asiago Tortellini. Another fast meal with great flavor.
Day 4: Pork Tamale Pie. Use the leftover pork from day 2.
Day 5: Pork Chops in a Mushroom Cream sauce. Served with Rice and Honey Almond Green Beans
Day 6: Cheesy Cauliflower Soup
Dessert: Chocolate Chip Coconut Bars
