My son's Scout Group is selling popcorn! Sorry, not the popcorn above though. And although I'm sure the popcorn they are selling is absolutely wonderful, I'm a little prejudiced.  You see, I think MY popcorn, the ones pictured above, are the best. So, what to do?

Tanner's Derby Car Victory!

 

Last night was Tanner's first Derby Car Race! He and Dad had so much fun designing and making the car. All week we reminded Tanner that even if it he didn't win, it was okay. 

Mom: "The race is about fun."

Tanner: "No, Mom. It's about winning." 

Yeah...

Needless to say, he won! We are all so happy and excited for him! There's another race tomorrow that he wants to enter as well; one that has more entries. We'll see how it goes!
