Michael, Tanner, McKenzie. My babies!
Balloon Fun!
We went to a parade float showing a few weeks ago. The kids got balloon animals. Tanner's popped upon leaving the venue.
I learned some balloon "artistry" when I was in high school, so I promised them that we would buy a kit and do it ourselves! Tanner reminded me about that yesterday, so we were off to the party store!
We purchased a bag of 100 balloons, a hand pump, and an instruction booklet. The total was around $16.00.
They played with the balloons for HOURS! My fingers were very sore by the end of the day!
How's that for cheap entertainment?
Congrats on your new blog. Cute photos!
ReplyDeleteAdorable photos!
ReplyDeleteHey there. Coming through to you from SIts. I love the new blog.
ReplyDeleteI love making balloon animals. I just don't like the sound they make when you're twising them all up. My brother can make some really great stuff, me not so much. Great trade to learn for your kids bday partys though.
Oh wow! We got some at the blueberry festival and they came untwisted....and I tried to retwist them...to no avail...I'm calling you next time!
ReplyDeleteCUTE new blog! And nothing quite like kids and balloons. For Gracie's 4th birthday, I bought two $1 bags of balloons and me hubby and I spent about an hour blowing them up the night before. When my girls woke up, the house was COVERED in balloons. They played with balloons exclusively for days and they still talk about their house full of balloons, months later!
