I went through all of my menu plans and discovered that I repeat some meals quite a lot, and some haven't seen the light of day for a long time. This week features some of those lonely meals! Enjoy!
Day 1: Pork Chops and Rice with a salad and your favorite veggies
Day 2: Pesto Pasta with Roasted Veggies. Serve with bread.
Day 3: Monte Cristo Breakfast Sandwich
Day 4: Teriyaki Turkey Lettuce Wraps
Day 5: Crispy Coconut Chicken Fingers with Pineapple and Coconut Rice and steamed broccoli
Day 6: Honey Lime Enchiladas
Dessert: Chocolate Butterscotch Bars
